Petition Waiting longer and missing out on increased state pension?

I was 60 in 2013 and will draw my pension in 2015, missing out on the increase in the state pension due in 2016. I have worked for my pension and paid more contributions than I need and think everyone in my position should get the increase and people who have paid nothing should not.
The Government should review this urgently and pay the increase only to the people who have paid their contributions..
