Build a New combined road/rail Thames river crossing between Southend and Sheerness , use it to connect by very high speed rail link the airports of Southend and Manston. This eases traffic at Dartford, alleviates airport capacity problem for a few years and saves Manston airport by creating a virtual 3 runway airport. High speed monorail/maglev train could take less than 30 mins between airports.
