Ebola has entered Nigeria, Africa's most populous country. On Wednesday Nigeria's president signed a directive to sack most middle grade doctors in Federal Hospitals, the very people you would need to control Ebola if it flares up. If Ebola takes hold in Nigeria, the UK would not be spared.
