Government to direct Southwest Trains to provide sufficient reserve rolling stock to ensure 8 carriage trains shall always be available for morning services from Dorking to Waterloo between 7am and 8.35 am such that trains shall always stop at their advertised stations and shall not bypass Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Clapham Junction and Vauxhall causing delays of 30mins on average for people going to work.
Government shall direct Southwest Trains to ensure any 4 car trains from Dorking to Waterloo shall always stop at Wimbledon and Clapham Junction.
