Many absent parents out there do not pay maintenance and when they are forced to they never have to have pay back all the back dated payments they should have paid since the child has been born. It is the law to pay for your child so why if they don't bother for years should they not have to pay it back! Make absent not bothering parents pay back all back dated payments for their child.
