there have been swingeing cuts to youth services in many boroughs such as Tottenham. this is short-sighted as the govt will end up spending more on the consequences.
The govt should review its cuts to charities who do good work providing constructive services for youth, while at the same time encouraging and training them to do some fund-raising themselves.
