Petition Introduce Exile as a judicial sentence

We propose the reintroduction of the ancient practise of Exile as a sentence available to judges.

This would be available in most cases but especially applicable in the case of non-British citizens and British citizens of foreign birth.

We suggest a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of Life.
We further suggest the Exile period should be a minimum of 5 times the length of the equivalent prison sentence.
