The Government should allow UK Passport holders of 16 years of age or over to use the E-Passport facility upon entering the UK Border, thus shortening queues at the border. Currently, anyone who is under the age of 18 may not use the E-passport facility (the passports with electronic chips in them) unlike in other European countries, such as the Czech Republic.
