Rejected petition stop the abolition of the car tax disc

The lack of advertising and information available to the public about the change to vehicle excise duty means people like the elderly and disabled will be unfairly punished because of the change resulting in unfair fines! It is the Governments responsibility to make sure the information is clear and concise . I call on the Government to stop the changes until a proper advertising campaign has been released via the media and guarantees that APNR is fit for purpose!
