Petition Veto on Scottish Independence

Having been born in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and therefore equally a citizen of Scotland as of England, but being resident in England and therefore being unfairly denied a vote in the forthcoming Scottish Independence Referendum (which may lead to the dismemberment of my nation), I believe the government should allow a straightforward yes/no vote on a Veto post-referendum should the 'residents' of Scotland vote Yes.
