At the current time income tax is based on the individuals salary and thus is fitted into tax brackets where by high income earners pay large tax ammounts sometimes over 50% and lower income earners pay lower taxes usually around 30% of income,

This system creates a significant ammount of bureaucracy for government departments and also causes tax avoidance for high income earners and tax troubles for lower income earners, this system stagnates spending and investment in the UK's economy.

The introduction of a flax rate tax would create equality for all thoes living in England and the rest of the UK.

The benifits of the system would increse tax revenue increse spending and decrese expensive tax investigation and bureaucratic processes.
