Rejected petition Mobile network: Fair Usage

All mobile networks should make "Fair Usage" visible.
Usually fair usage is hidden amongst the terms and conditions. But I think this isn't fair in business competition and on the consumer as they may end up paying more than they intended.

At the moment having hidden fair usage isn't fair on the consumer or as competition in business as they may be inclined to go to a cheaper "unlimited" tarrif rather than the truly unlimited network.
