Agencies are paid to broadcast over duplicated job descriptions which no agent has any concept of the required expertise. These are advertising conduits to publish copies and never let any parties meet. Employers lose their opportunity to find key staff. Since year 2004 there were limitless chances to meet new employers. Ignorance of appropriate database development candidates was rife from 2008. The hunger for SQL is key to public & private sector business function. In-house HR should be used
