I passionately believe organ donation should be opt out not opt in.

When some one is 18 is automatically enrolled. Before this age it would be the parents choice.

Opting out would be easy by speaking to your doctor so it it on your records.

There is already a petition calling for organ donation to be opt out rather than opt in.
