We the People, petition HM Government for the intervention by the Attorney General and/ or the Home Secretary to direct (whether by the writ of nolle prosequi or otherwise) the revocation/ abandonment of the European Arrest Warrant issued against the Parents of Ashya KIng AND bring an end to the Extradition Proceedings in Spain. We ask on the grounds of compassion, mercy and that it is damaging to the UK's reputation for it to continue a "criminal process" against these Parents for willful child neglect.
