Rejected petition Fathers losing their rights due to mothers deception of not putting fathers name on birth certificate

Fathers in this day in age should not lose rights with their kids because mother has lied to them about their name being put on the birth certificate. I had no idea how it worked and in this day and age in this country this should not be a load to happen, please help me get the law changed and this rectified as both parants deserve this basic right. Thankyou.
