Petition To be able to be English instead of British on a passport

When applying for a passport I have to identify myself as British. However, the Welsh and Scots don't have to be British. I would like have English as a choice. This would give each member of the UK to have equality. Therefore, I would like the Government to enable this change to the choice of nationality on a passport.
