Petition Custodial jail sentences for senior officials in public and private sector organisations

In light of revelations of the Child abuse scandals in Rotherham and the poor support provided to victims by local authority and police and, the mis-management of investment funds and other malpractice by banks and other private sector organisation in protecting the interests of their respective stakeholders e.g. the possibility that RBS deliberately and systematically pushed small-and-medium sized companies into default so they could seize their assets "on the cheap" - such practises should be investigated by a special crime unit and prosecution should be followed to the point whereby criminal charges and custodial sentences are applied. RESIGNATION OR DISMISSAL FROM EMPLOYMENT DOES NOT REFLECT THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE CRIME AND STATUTORY LAWS SHOULD APPLY.
