Closed Appropriate sentencing for juvenile animal killers

In light of the awful, murderous fire at Manchester Dogs Home, a clear directive needs to be made - ensuring all people understand such actions will be appropriately punished by law.

The juvenile offender responsible will escape appropriate punishment no doubt, but this can never happen again.

Please help ensure this can never happen again, and support the call for such acts of sadist cruelty to be treated by the courts in the way the public would want.
