Please support Mr Hopwood MP who's bill will be going before the government, this needs to be upheld due to the lack of any concern by many drivers who BLOCK footpaths each day, they have no concern for the Blind, Disabled scooters, Pushchairs and the young or aged who struggle each day, my view is a Footpath as in its name is for people on foot, most bad motorists are just Lazy with no respect to these people as long as they are alright.

London it is an offence which makes a two tired system which is wrong.
