Instead of paying council tax I thought it would be great if I could have the option to work part time council / community based jobs.

Benefits:

People gain a sense of ownership within their community, leading to a better environment for all.

People get to meet their neighbours, creating more trust within communities.

Easy route to gain work experience.

Agile staff management allows businesses to adapt to demand without high cost of private agencies.
