14year old Peter Wilson knowingly set fire to harpurhey dogs home. Over 50 dogs lost their lives. . It's a premeditated murder! If this was a hote/hostel it would be multiple murder. A dog is no different! Please sign and get this disgusting human being tried as an adult on murder charge!!
