Water Companies from October are going to charge annually for maintenance of the length of pipe between the main sewer drain in the road and the boundary of private properties, this was always the responsibly of the water board when in the Government hands, so when the various companies bought the different sections of the water board they must have taken responsibly at that time, This is totally a scam and needs stopping before it gets established and people forget about why they are paying it.
