Petition A charge of 50p on showing of connsessionary bus [pass to bus operators

I would like to suggest to HM Government a charge of 50p per passenger journey be paid by the holder of the concessionary bus pass , to bus operators on showing of the pass on the bus journey.
This would supplement funds provided by the various councils and metropolitan areas.
Thus may help stop bus operators making increases to passengers who pay a full fare, less often.
