We the people of England demand that, should the Scottish referendum be lost to the Yes campaign or if the No campaign does not decisively beat the Yes campaign, the government recall Parliament to allow backbenchers to hold an emergency debate calling for the resignation of the leaders of the three main political parties.
All three political leaders have shown a total lack of competence in dealing with this matter and have failed both the English, the peoples of Scotland and the long term interests of the United Kingdom.
