Petition David Cameron's vow to “ensure opportunity and security for all"
More details
I petition that David Cameron and the UK government, following a No vote in the Scottish Independence referendum get up from it’s knees and meets its highly publicised vow to “ensure opportunity and security for all by sharing our resources equitably across all four nations to secure the defence, prosperity and welfare of every citizen” by: -
1. The removal of the Barnett allocation and provide central government funding equally per citizen
2. Addressing the West Lothian question and prevent members of parliament from Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales from voting on matters that affect only England
3. Recognises that the union has been irretrievably damaged by the Scottish Independence referendum irrespective of outcome and starts to put in place measures to protect England, Northern Ireland, and Wales in the likely event of a future break-up
