Her Majesty’s Government immediately to cause to be prepared and immediately to bring forward a public bill that shall exclude from Parliamentary votes on legislation and other such matters affecting only English constituencies those members representing Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish constituencies and that such legislation if it is passed and if it receives Royal Assent shall be enacted immediately upon the receipt of Royal Assent.
