As half of Scotland wants independence, this petition calls for Full Fiscal Autonomy to be transferred to the Scottish Parliament by the end of 2015, for all revenues raised in Scotland, including from oil and gas, and for full powers on all matters relating to Scotland.
Scotland will pay a sum to the UK treasury for services from the UK, to be agreed be the Scottish and Westminster parliaments.
