Rejected petition referendum for england to have independence from Scotland and Wales

Due to the No vote from scotland. I believe that the people of England should be given a vote on whether we want to disband the union.
Given the fact that Scotland and Wales draw more money than they contribute to the unions economy, how can it be fair that they enjoy free prescriptions and university tuition . England would be better off going it alone
