Petition for local residents to object against expansion of recycling centre and for the site to adhere to their lawful development certificate conditions. Planning to enforce the conditions as they exist (working outside allowed operating hours, piles of scrap exceeding agreed maximum height and site expansion outside original site boundary) and enforce fact that building work has been carried out on land outside that originally agreed as their boundary. Environment Agency to take action toward dust and noise emission.
