In light of the revelations about the Rotherham child sexual exploitation scandal and senior local government officials and police authorities failing to act and protect these victims when advised and examples of malpractice and negligence in private sector organisations such as banks failing to protect investor's money - new statutory laws should be introduced leading to investigation criminal convictions where the rights and safety of individuals or groups of stakeholders are not protected.
