Assuming that an English branch of parliament is established under the current program of devolution, this petition's goal is to make sure that said parliament is based in a location that better represents the country as a whole.

In essence, the English Parliament should be based no further South than Birmingham so as to detract from the Greater London political elite that currently exists, and promote values that affect the whole nation.
