Rejected petition Keep promises made during Devolution Debate

This is for both Yes and No voters. All this petition is calling for is that promises made during the Devolution Debate regarding more devolved powers and the safeguarding of the NHS are kept by the three major parties. If they are not, then, we, the undersigned, will not vote for the Conservative, Labour or Liberal Democrat parties at the next General Election and the next Scottish Parliament Election. This is not a declaration of support for any other party.
