Rejected petition new state of art Dementia home with Hospice/End of life wing

We need as much support to overcome local planning who have refused planning for a 71 bed dedicated home that will also provide some 70 new job vacancies. The planning department say there is no call for such a home. I saw my own father succumb to Dementia along with some of the very poor conditions of homes he was in. I believe that sufferers deserve the best available with all the latest technology for quality of care.
