Following The Scottish Independence Referendum, it is apparent that all parts of the UK need separate Parliaments to decide country specific issues.

This petition wants increased powers in Holyrood, Cardiff and Stormont, with the formation of an English Parliament, in order to properly serve every part of the UK.

The UK Parliament should remain to decide those vitally important issues that effect the whole of the country.

This may break with the traditional structure of the UK but is the only fair and just solution to increased devolution within the UK.
