The existing car parking facilities at The Royal United Hospital (RUH) in Bath are not fit for purpose and cause considerable stress for patients, visitors and staff. As a rolling scheme, where appropriate, all existing car parks at the hospital must be changed from single to multi deck parking. Thus affording adequate parking for the proper functioning of the hospital.
