Rejected petition Make not keeping election promises a fraudulent offence

I am sick to death of politicians making election promises they have no intention of keeping just to get votes. I propose that any politician who fails to keep their election promises within 3 years of being elected be prosecuted for fraud with a minimum sentence of 3 years and banning from holding any future public office. This will lead to a much more open and fair political system.
