Hello my name is megan winney. And iv been so heart broken bye all the storys i have read latly regarding child neglect cases and how some parents are getting away with such cruel and un humain things, one case where the mother and her new partner forced the child to eat her own poo from her nappie witch was just one of the many things they done to her, and this mother and her partner are stil walkin free please help make a difference e to these children and help sign this to make longer and harsher sentences for every parent who nelects there children
