Make treatment for vitamin b12 deficiencies available in walk in centres and drs surgeries clinics .With staff who are properly trained regarding the up to date treatments available for patients and safety of B12 treatment . Where patients can be shown how to self inject , get free supplies of b12 , needles , sharpes box . And can get blood tests arranged to check on other matters relating to B12 deficiency , eg , full blood count , folate , ferritin , vit d etc .This would free up drs unless patient needs to see them .
