Rejected petition Change is needed for the method of payment to drive over the Dartford Crossing

The toll for the Dartford Crossing should be changed to a method that would increase the flow over the Thames. Dart tag is useful but there are no 'Dart tag only' gates.Why cant the system be similar to the London congestion charge? Think how quickly traffic would cross the Thames. Money has been spent on widening the approach motorway. Now use a system that would keep the traffic moving.
