The third european directive on the motorcycle licence gives 2 options for a rider to progress through each licence stage - either take two tests at each licence step or take 7 hours training until the rider reaches the approved level for each licence ste I would like the goverment to allow training schools to offer the 7 hours training as a way to upgrade your licence for those who have already have an A1 licence and want to ride a bigger bike and don't want to go through the Mod 1 and 2 again
A lot or riders would benefit from doing 7 hours of training rather than doing the mod 1 and 2 again which is only 90 mins of training
