Petition Reconsider Dual Carriageway through Ingleby Barwick

We would like the decision to build a dual carriageway through Ingleby Barwick to be reconsidered. We would like the opportunity to look at all our options. The dual carriageway will physically and socially divide our community and add new safety concerns for all our children and other pedestrians. We would like our community to be consulted as a whole.
