Anyone who is found to be drunk, to be fined £500 to cover the cost in police time. If that person is taken to hospital the fine is increased to £1000. This money to be recovered by increasing the persons income tax or taken from benefit payments.
Any under age drinker found, their parents would be fined £500
This should reduce crime and free up the police and the hospital service.
