Closed 20MPH Speed limit outside Whitburn Primary and Marsden Primary

There should be a 20MPH speed limit set outside Whitburn Primary and Marsden Primary after an accident outside Marsden Primary this morning. Buses speed past Whitburn Primary at 40mph as there is a 40mph road running right up until the school. There is a 20mph outside Cleadon Primary so should be outside these 2 schools also.
