I am doing this because i am utterly disgusted by the behaviour of the youth of today, dispite being 21 myself this behaviour is unacceptable and needs to be controlled. The damage these people are doing to our communities all accross london is unacceptable. If we do not bring proper control of this situation now by serious authority action this will repeat itself again.
