Petition Outlaw Electronic Voting
More details
This petition proposes that the government should - as soon as possible - implement by statute, a permanent, complete ban on :
(a) any form of electronic voting; "e-voting",
(b) voting from mobile devices;
(c) or any similar non-paper means,
in Referendums, General Elections and Local Government Elections.
The purposes of democracy are best served when ballots can be counted openly and when they and counting procedures are subject to observation by scrutineers from all interested parties in the manner that's been tried, tested and perfected over the centuries in the UK and elsewhere.
This petition closed early because of a General Election
