Closed petition Change government guidelines to recommend a Doppler scan at 33 weeks gestation in all pregnancies

Closed on

According to a recent study every year more than 3000 babies are stillborn in the UK, one of the worst rates in the developed world.
Research by leading obstetricians has shown that closer monitoring in the third trimester can help reduce the number of babies being still born, dramatically.
I ask that the Department of Health change the guidelines issued by the NHS and offer all pregnant women a Doppler scan in the third trimester.
