please do not wait for a `roll out of the credit card scheme, do it now! People on benefits paid by the taxpayer should not be able to spend our money on plasma tvs, drink or betting shops, benefits are there to provide a temporary solution to those who need it and not to provide a lifestyle most working people cannot match! Benefits should be useable only for a basic standard of living and should not be paid in cash or, at all to those who have not contributed to our economy at all.
