Why should Letting Agents and Private Landlords be allowed to discriminate against people on low income by advertising their available rental properties as 'NO DSS' or 'NO CHILDREN'?
This is inhumane. Housing Benefit is a Guarenteed rental income, There are Tenancy Agreements and Laws to protect Landlords from unlawful tenant behaviour, They should not be allowed to discriminate.
