Introduce pre-paid smart cards for MPs expense accounts. Exactly the same system as is being introduced to pay benefit claimants.

Why is this important?

This system needs to be introduced to prevent fraudulent claims as has happened in the past. If the system is workable for benefits, then it can work just as well for expenses.
